Join our group, Sexually Speaking

Through discussion and interactive exercises, we explore consent, boundaries, communication, vulnerability, intimacy, desire, pleasure, self-esteem, and self-confidence. The group provides sex-positive education that is fun and enjoyable, which may feel like a contradiction to many of us. We believe laughter and humor can be powerful tools for healing and growth, so we keep a relaxed, playful atmosphere where you can feel comfortable expressing yourself.

As with all our programs, Sexually Speaking is trauma-informed and supportive of all survivors of sexual assault, abuse, trafficking, and religion-based shaming. Come as you are; this group is for you.

What does a sex coach do?

Sex coaches differ from sex therapists and counselors in that they focus on education and coaching rather than psychotherapy or medical treatment. Their goal is to empower clients to embrace their sexuality and foster healthy relationships.
