Each session of this weekly one-hour class will focus on a simple mental, verbal, or physical technique that you can use in your daily life. We’ll explore different aspects of the 5 safety principles of ESD—Think, Yell, Run, Fight, Tell—through discussion, role play, and hands-on technique practice.
